You’re on your way to work – all systems go, mind at ease. Then the inner voice kicks in. Wallet? Check. House keys? Check. Food for company potluck today? Negative! Steer into Circle K as fast as you can and pick up what you need. Armed with nachos and root beer, you’ll be the hit of the party.

How about on your way home? Have you given your maid, nanny, and personal chef the night off? That means you’re on dinner, laundry, and kid duty. Don’t panic. Pick up a couple of sandwiches for you and the kids. And based on the day you’ve had, some Advil and Rolaids might not be a bad idea either.
