1. Eligibility
Fuel Runner Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and DC) (excluding residents of Rhode Island), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees and directors of Circle K Stores Inc., BrandMobile ApS, Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. (“Warner Bros.”) and each of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win Instant Win Grand Prizes or Random Drawing for a Grand Prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence for at least three months a year, whether related or not. Note that employees and family members of employees are eligible to win Instant Win Prizes but not Grand Instant Win Prizes or Grand Prizes. To enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you (and your parent/legal guardian on your behalf if you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Timing
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2023, at 12:01 am EST and ends on April 28, 2023, at 11:59 pm EDT (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The clock used by the Sponsor to compute Entries (as defined below) will be the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of an Entry. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If all the Instant Win Prizes are awarded during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the Sweepstakes will end at that time.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, go to win.circlek.com (“Website”) from your internet-enabled mobile smartphone. You must enter your mobile number on the Website and agree to the Official Rules. You will receive a 2-factor SMS pin*. After entering the 2-factor SMS pin, you will be permitted one (1) Instant Win game play per day. Play the Instant Win fuel runner game by clicking or tapping on the lane you wish to move the car into to collect a gift-wrapped box. Upon completion of the Instant Win game play, the entrant will receive a notification on the Website showing if the entrant is a winner of an Instant Win Prize. Limit of one Instant Win game play per person per day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each time you play the Instant Win game you will receive one entry into the random drawing for the Grand Prize. An entrant may not use more than one mobile phone number to enter the Sweepstakes.
Bonus Game
After you play the Instant Win game you will have the chance to play the fuel runner game (the “Bonus Game”). To play the Bonus Game you will click or tap on the lane you wish to move the car into to collect prizes or avoid obstacles. Once an obstacle is hit the Bonus Game will end. You will each a point for every collected item. You will have an opportunity to provide a username so you can see where you appear on the leaderboard. The top 100 people on the leaderboard each week will be in the drawing for a weekly prize.
Online Alternative Method of Entry
Visit https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/bc2ff8-129070?framed=1 and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid email address, full name, home address, phone number, and age. The receipt of each entry will be based on the delivery date of the completed form and must be received within the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be considered eligible to win. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Upon receipt of an entry, one gameplay will occur to determine if the entrant is an Instant Win Prize. Entrants will also receive one entry into the random drawing for the Weekly Prize and Grand Prize. No reply will be sent to non-winning game plays. The winning game plays will be notified by email, phone, or mail, with a prize or voucher for the prize arriving by mail. Any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, false, lost, late, misdirected, deceptive, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
LIMIT: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, regardless of method of entry per email address/person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Using any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or using any means to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries and plays per day will void all entries/plays and result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner must show proof of being the authorized account holder.
You must enter your contact details if you win a Circle K gift card or Shazam! Branded Merchandise. Entrants may use only one mobile phone number to enter the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the gameplay will be declared by the primary account holder of the mobile phone number. The “primary account holder” is the natural person listed as the natural person assigned a mobile phone number by a wireless provider or other organization responsible for assigning wireless numbers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and Data rates may apply. 5. Winner Determination
Instant Win Prizes
The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize will be 1 in 20 or better. Each entrant who receives a “win” message will be deemed a potential Instant Win Prize winner pending confirmation and verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole and absolute discretion. Each entrant who receives a “win” message will receive their prize in the mobile wallet and redeem their instant win prize at a participating Circle K. The instant-win prize must be redeemed within 3 days unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor. See Section 4 above for an alternative method of entry winner information.
The number of Instant Win Prizes available to be won will decrease during the Game Period as prizes are awarded and claimed. Sponsor and Administrator’s decisions regarding the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the determination of potential winners (drawing prizes and instant win prizes) is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. If in the event of a printing, production, seeding, technical, human or other error of any kind, or for any other reason, the number of winning messages distributed or received exceeds the number of prizes listed in these Official Rules for that level, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible prize claims received to award the listed prizes.
Random Drawing for Grand Prize
On or about April 30, 2023, Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry for the grand prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The potential winner will be contacted via text message using the contact details provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified on or about two to five days after the drawing. Failure by potential winner to respond to the initial verification within 72 hours of notification will result in disqualification and Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Random Drawings for Weekly Prizes Amongst Top 100 from Leaderboard
On or about March 6, 2023, March 13, 2023, March 20, 2023, March 27, 2023, April 3, 2023, April 10, 2023, April 17, 2023, April 24, 2023, Administrator will randomly select one (1) entry for the weekly prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received in the past week, who are in the top 100 for that week. The potential winners will be contacted via text message using the contact details provided with the entry and may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The potential winner will be notified on or about two to five days after the respective drawing. Failure by potential winner to respond to the initial verification within 72 hours of notification will result in disqualification and Administrator will select an alternate potential winner in the same manner. Odds of a winning weekly prize depend on the number of people that played the Bonus Game that week and their skill compared to yours. Limit of one weekly prize per person for the Sweepstakes.
All potential winning game plays are subject to verification by Sponsor or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the game play should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning game play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots, text message or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any game play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored. The number of instant win prizes available to be won will decrease during the Sweepstakes Entry Period as prizes are awarded and claimed.

6. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNERS, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.
7. Verification of Potential Winners
Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date specified by Sponsor or the potential winner will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event: (a) the potential winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the potential winner notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable; (b) the potential winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, (e) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures.
8. Prizes
Instant Win Prizes
All instant win prizes must be redeemed within three days of the winner receiving a notification on the Website showing the entrant is a winner of an instant win prize. Fuel prizes are available to be redeemed within ten (10) days. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed text notifications. After the three days have passed, the prize cannot be redeemed, and Instant Win Prize is forfeited.

For all Prizes: No cash equivalent for any prize and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 and 1099MISC form (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). The prize will only be awarded if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules. The total approximate retail value of all prizes available to be won is $3,073,483, not to exceed $461,022 in Florida.
9. Entry Conditions and Release
Each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, Warner Bros., and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry. Winners acknowledge that the prize is awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited or restricted by law, the winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for the Sponsor and any of its designees to use and/or publish the winner’s full name, city and state/province/territory/country of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for advertising, publicity, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize related activities. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or with any Website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses. Suppose Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes. In that case, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire Sweepstakes, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or award the prize from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
12. Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; or (f) for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, undelivered, damaged, delayed, entries. If for any reason, an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of each prize will be awarded.
13. Disputes
Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate North Carolina State Court located in Mecklenburg, North Carolina; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of North Carolina.
14. Entrant’s Personal Information
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.circlek.com/privacy-policy.
We can collect identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email and postal address, telephone number, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifier, device language, or account information. Transactional information, such as the history of purchases made and data generated by your participation in our sweepstakes program, as applicable (e.g., the number and amount of transactions by type, location/store of purchase, product code information, brand, quantity purchased, date, time, promotional offers used in connection with the transaction. Browsing activity on our websites and apps, such as pages and offers viewed, opt-out preferences, product preferences, click-throughs, content on social media, and IP addresses, if it can identify you as an individual. Geolocation information may be collected when you use our websites and apps, although this information may not always identify you as an individual. We may use your location or language preference to auto-select features when you visit our websites or download our apps. We may use your personal transaction information to provide you with interest-based advertisements on products that we believe may interest you (e.g., products you purchase or redeem frequently). We may collect, combine and categorize your personal information on an aggregated basis to identify purchasing patterns to help us analyze our business to better serve our customers. We will store your personal information following our retention policies or as otherwise required or permitted by law, after which your personal data will be securely destroyed or anonymized (so the information no longer identifies you). We will save your personal information for up to three months after the campaign ends to enable us to monitor and investigate incidents and manage claims. We may share personal information collected from contest participants with our contest administrator to contact selected winners. The winner may be required to complete and return a 1099-MISC and IRS W-9 form (i.e., Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). A prize will only be awarded if the potential winner fully complies with these Official Rules.
