CIRCLE K NORTHEAST AND MID-ATLANTIC IN THE COMMUNITY
Circle K strives to be a good corporate citizen by improving the quality of life in the communities we serve. Our charitable support targets key areas in youth-at-risk and health. Additionally, Circle K has been a sponsor of the Children’s Miracle Network and March of Dimes since 1995, both actively supporting and improving health care for millions of young people.
Circle K also facilitates an employee volunteer group, which lends time to company-sponsored assistance for Habitat for Humanity.
Building strong relationships with local school districts is an integral part of Circle K's vision and commitment. The Fueling Our Schools campaign empowers customers to make a meaningful contribution to local schools by simply fueling up at their neighborhood Circle K store. Circle K will generously donate one-cent of every gallon of fuel purchased (up to $2000 per school). On special Fuel Up Nights, 10 cents of each gallon of fuel sold is donated to local partnering schools. Each school will be able to use their donation to address different areas of specific need that may include; technology, resources, teach incentives and more.
The annual Circle K Charity Golf Outing draws more than 350 corporate and private participants and raises over $500,000 for local charities. We proudly provide contribution to many charities and community activities in Summit County and other surrounding areas.

In November of 2011, Circle K was awarded the National Philanthropy Corporate Leader Award by The Association of Fundraising Professionals North Central Ohio Chapter. The award was presented to Circle K for its outstanding service to the community of Akron and the surrounding areas.
With nearly 9,500 stores across North America, Circle K remains dedicated to serving community and customers through participation and local involvement.
